Dear Educators,

We hope you are taking time to rest and recuperate from the school year. If your summer leaves room for professional learning opportunities, we hope you’ll consider a new, free SEL course.  As we plan to return to school for 2021-22, we know that supporting staff and student SEL skills will be crucial.

We are excited to announce  that starting June 15, 2021, the Arizona Department of Education will offer a new comprehensive, self-paced Social and Emotional Learning course which will teach key components of SEL and explore the relationship between SEL and academic learning.  The course is six modules.
