Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 at 2:00 PM EDT

It is more critical than ever to properly prepare sitting and aspiring school leaders. Given what we now know about the pandemic’s effects on students in terms of learning loss, this problem has only become more urgent.

Hi Panfilo,

In this panel discussion, you will hear how the effectiveness of principal preparation can be positively impacted using simulations. Our five panelists are experts in school leader preparation and will share how they incorporate sims into their curriculum.

By expanding the experience portfolio of aspiring and sitting school leaders, we can help to build resilience and extend capacity to prepare them for real-life leadership challenges. Join this session to learn how to effectively prepare sitting and aspiring school leaders for success.
