ALAS OPENS A WOMEN SUPERINTENDENTS POLICY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Leveraging Voice4Equity’s Policy Ecosystem Curriculum   This semester-long academy will allow participants to learn strategies for managing the politics of policy that is at the heart of the Superintendency, using a hybrid learning environment. Candidates must be committed to attend all five sessions and are key contributors to peer learning.     This Academy is purposefully capped at twenty women Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents seeking a highly collaborative environment to develop policy leadership knowledge focused on equity.    The Academy runs September 24th thru December 10th, 2022 and is held on five Saturdays over a four month period.
