He works with individuals and teams to maximize their strengths and increase performance, engagement, and well-being in their education, career, and throughout their lives. Dr. Hodges enjoyed a more than 20-year career as a research consultant at Gallup where he partnered with educators and business leaders to help create great places to work and learn. Tim will join us on Thursday morning to present: Strengths Based Leadership and the Power of Positivity. Here is a brief outline of his presentation: "What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?" This question, asked by education psychologist Dr. Don Clifton several decades ago, was a catalyst that led to the study of positive psychology and behavioral science. Leaders who focus on their strengths and develop the strengths of their teams enjoy higher employee engagement and well-being, and other important outcomes. This session will highlight research findings that you can put into practice to improve your work and life - and facilitate great jobs and great lives for those you lead and serve!
